We are a newly opened but steadily growing enterprise that manufactures refrigerators and air conditioners. We started out as a franchisee of Global Electronics and have today progressed to an independent firm that deal with cooling systems. 

We came across an advertisement of your company in the newspaper about the sale of compressors and would like to convey our interest in the same. We need 500 compressors of varying sizes for our refrigerators ranging from a capacity of 120 litres to 400 litres. We would be obliged if you could send us the specifications of the same along with the estimated cost. Once we get an initial communication from you, we could then proceed to finalise the finer points of the deal like transportation, insurance and mode of payment. 

We also request you to send us a sample compressor so that we could confirm that it meets our requirements. It would be appreciated if you could reply to our proposal at the earliest as we plan to place a big order with you, if we strike up a deal that is mutually beneficial to both.
